When paired with the Bosch GBA18V40 core 18 V 4 Ah compact battery, this cut out tool can cut up to 300 linear-ft on a single charge. The convenience brake quickly stops the tool. The adjustable foot plate provides depth adjustment, to easily control the depth of cut. The cut out tool features soft start technology, which reduces startup torque and an LED light on the cut line that illuminates the dark work areas that are often common on interior finishing applications. It also features an IP 5X-rated dust-resistant switch to help prevent dust from getting into the switch. It withstands dusty jobsite conditions and is IP 5X-rated.
