Prime-Line H 3713 Crank Handle, Zinc, Painted White. The H 3713 casement crank handle is white die-cast and has a 3/8 in bore spindle. This fits any operator with a 3/8 in bore spindle such as the square style casement operators (see H 3710 and H 3711). It offers excellent torque for easy opening and closing of windows. The crank handle projects out from the operator 2-11/16 in.
