Rust-Oleum® Porch and floor coating is an oil-modified acrylic designed to provide excellent color retention, adhesion and protection against UV rays, water damage and mildew on both wood and concrete surfaces. This acrylic formula provides excellent durability and flexibility, with excellent water repellency which helps maximize resistance to scuffing, fading, cracking and peeling. Porch and floor coating is recommended for interior and exterior wood and concrete surfaces.
