Tridon Laminate Slitter, Gundlach, Hand Operated

This popular hand operated tool quickly and accurately cuts plastic laminate strips. Cutting is done by scoring the material between two opposing hardened steel circular cutting blades mounted on roller bearings. Cutting blades are adjustable for different sheet thickness by a knob on the top of the tool. For the desired strip width, the gauge is simply adjusted and locked for making identical strips. Cutting blades should be set to just lightly score. After scoring, the laminate is broken downwards for a perfectly clean edge. Cuts plastic laminate up to 0.062 in and other plastics up to 0.08 in thick. Width capacity is adjustable from 1/2 to 4-5/16 in.
