Cooking Grid, Big Green Egg, Cast Iron For: L

Cast iron half grid is (literally) cast iron grid's half brother. Since cast iron half grid only covers half the grill, you also have plenty of space to cook other ingredients. If you like sizzling and bubbling, place your burgers, short ribs, chops and tuna on the cast iron grid. Eggplants, zucchini, asparagus and peppers also get the characteristic grill pattern. Cast iron grid heats up quickly and can handle very High-temperatures.
