Brushable crown repair is specifically formulated to repair and protect chimney crowns from water intrusion and can also be used on chimney corbels or tops of masonry or parapet walls for exterior waterproofing. This product withstands the severe weather and thermal stress that chimneys are exposed to. A fast-setting elastomeric coating that forms a permanently flexible, long-lasting, waterproof membrane. It requires no mixing or special bonding agents. It's solvent free, so it will not harm the environment and can be custom colored using standard mortar dye if desired.

• Easily apply two coats with a 3" or 4" paint brush after filling larger cracks or voids with patching cement or high-quality caulk. Dries to touch in 30 - 60 minutes and cures in 2 - 4 hours.
